When did you start here?

I joined back in August 2016.

What is your role here?

Every day is surprisingly different. I receive a variety of orders that are spread out around the country and require me contacting the customer, explaining the installation process, requesting the information we will need to fulfil the order and booking in the engineers time for the work. I also follow up on outstanding information.

What three words would you use to describe your role?

Challenging, Unpredictable and Varied.

What did you do before working here?

I have previously worked as a nursery nurse and nanny, was a club stewardess and had my own café, catering company and factory canteen.

What is your favourite thing about working here?

I love the people that I work with daily, I like the fact I can mix both working from home and in the office. I love how we all pull together to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

What has been your biggest achievement?

Obviously my children, I am insanely proud of how they have turned out and the people they have become however finally passing my driving test is definitely up there. 4th time lucky folks ha.
