During the sign-in process, EntrySign presents an asbestos management notice with an Asbestos SMART QR code. Scanning this QR code allows contractors to download a copy of a clear and easy-to-understand asbestos register. EntrySign can record that they have read and understood the register, as well as confirm whether asbestos awareness training has been completed. EntrySign can create a report of this information for future audits and inspections.

EntrySign integrates with SafeContractor, the UK’s leading health and safety accreditation scheme.
Contractors can now be linked to or added directly from the SafeContractor database and cross-checked in real-time when they sign-in through EntrySign. This helps to ensure that only people approved by SafeContractor can enter your site.
When used alongside EntrySign, the combined solution helps to enforce standards, such as PAS91 across your companies, workplaces and sites.
