EntrySign Event Registration at the Confederation of School Trusts’ Conferences
The Confederation of School Trusts (CST) is a membership organisation and sector body representing 64% of England’s school academy sector. CST supports its members, advocating for change and improvements in education on a range of subjects and policies.
CST’s upcoming conferences connect their members together focusing on important topics facing multi-academy trusts.

How will EntrySign be used at the conferences?
At each conference, EntrySign sends an email confirmation to event attendees confirming that they have been pre-booked. Pre-booking email confirmations can be used to welcome event attendees to the forthcoming event, as well as provide important information. For example, this could be important event details, an iCal attachment, directions, real-time navigation, and a secure QR code for signing in.
How do visitors sign in to the event?
If you are attending the upcoming CST events look out for our free-standing kiosks as you enter the conference space. Visitors can scan their QR code in their pre-booking email at the kiosks to quickly sign in and out of the event. It’s also possible to sign in via the kiosk touchscreen, by selecting the event button and providing your details. Following sign-in, attendees will receive a printed badge (clearly displaying their name and school/trust) to wear while at the conference.
A professional solution for event registration
To provide a professional and welcoming look, EntrySign kiosks will be styled with the CST logo and brand colours. A bespoke home screen and customised badge design are provided for each of the conferences. To increase brand exposure and complete the look, kiosks can also be branded with an organisation’s logo on the front.
