Our partnership with Vivi brings powerful emergency capabilities to EntrySign. Our new lockdown feature allows authorised personnel to activate an emergency lockdown directly from the EntrySign Back-Office Suite, triggering Vivi’s emergency alerting solution.

Vivi then displays clear lockdown messaging, directions, or alerts on any connected screen or device across your institution. This coordinated response promotes a streamlined response and ensures staff, students, and visitors are informed during an emergency, enhancing safety and communication.

Breathe HR and HR Integrations

EntrySign integrates seamlessly with Breathe HR, enabling effortless synchronisation of employee data for enhanced efficiency. This feature reduces manual data entry by automatically syncing employee records and keeping your system up-to-date.

EntrySign SYNC

EntrySign SYNC provides a unified staff list across multiple physical locations, ensuring smooth sign-ins for employees, visitors and contractors. With the latest update, SYNC now supports authorised visitors and approved contractors, offering the same seamless experience across all sites. Centralised visibility provides real-time insights into movements, keeping you informed and compliant.

EntryCodes

EntryCodes provides a cost-effective solution for managing visitor access. Temporary PINs or QR codes can be issued to visitors and contractors for entry to restricted areas, valid only during their visit or set to expire after a predefined time. These codes integrate directly with Paxton and Comelit PAC systems, automating access and reducing overhead costs.

By enhancing security and streamlining visitor management, EntryCodes provide an efficient way to manage access while maintaining control over sensitive areas.

CheckPoint

The CheckPoint app elevates front-of-house professionalism and security. It allows security staff to screen visitors, notify hosts of arrivals, and provide a personalised welcome. Pre-booked visitors are easily marked as arrived, and access permissions are granted in real time.

Designated Roles

Stay prepared for emergencies with EntrySign LIVE, our real-time evacuation roll-call platform. EntrySign LIVE offers a cloud-based view of your evacuation list, helping you identify individuals needing assistance and easily mark people as safe during emergencies.

With the latest update, organisations can add important documentation to EntrySign LIVE, such as fire risk assessments and evacuation plans, providing easy access in an emergency. This ensures the responsible person can easily view and share important documentation with emergency personnel, helping organisations comply with fire safety legislation.

Eventbrite Integration

Eventbrite, the leading event management and ticketing website, allows you to promote your events and sell tickets seamlessly.

With the Eventbrite integration, easily import delegate lists from Eventbrite into EntrySign via the Back Office Suite, enhancing workflow and reducing manual error. Attendees can then quickly and effortlessly sign in to your event at an EntrySign screen or kiosk using the QR code from their Eventbrite booking confirmation, enhancing the attendee experience while streamlining event administration for organisers.
