We’re excited to introduce a new EntrySign feature designed to give you even more control over access to your site — Timed Entry.
Timed Entry allows you to prevent known individuals (such as staff, contractors, or authorised visitors) from signing in unless they have been specifically scheduled or invited. It offers a smarter way to manage when regular users can access and move around your premises.
How Timed Entry Works
With this feature, you can easily:
- Restrict or allow movement by selecting or deselecting the ‘Move at will’ option
- Set a Timed Entry window, specifying exactly when someone can enter and move freely on-site
- Ensure only scheduled or invited individuals can sign in during their allocated time
Timed Entry is ideal for managing access across multiple shifts, limiting out-of-hours contractor activity, or ensuring authorised individuals are only on-site when required.
