The Story of Davison CE High School For Girls

Based in Worthing, West Sussex, Davison CE High School for Girls was founded in 1812 and today has a cohort of 1300 pupils, 150+ staff members, and a significant number of visitors. Through their mission and shared values, they seek to serve, inspire and achieve in all that they do. Finance and Admin Assistant for the school, Jules Dallimore tells us about their search for a visitor management system and why they chose EntrySign.

The Challenge

Before EntrySign, Davison CE High School for Girls were using carbonless signing-in books to manage their visitors. With double the amount of paper usage, Davison’s were looking for ways to reduce paper-based waste, while making the signing-in procedure easier and more professional for visitors. Other requirements were to have an easy-to-use back-office system and to be able to access post-registration movements for pupils for fire purposes.

Jules said,

The Solution

In July 2022, EntrySign was installed in their school reception area, providing a professional first impression for their visitors.
