2022 has been a great year for EntrySign. We launched our new website, introduced new features and improvements, and welcomed many more organisations to our EntrySign community.
Our new EntrySign website launched in January this year, with a goal to deliver a better user experience, provide industry specific content and make it easier for our audience to find the information they are looking for. We will continue to improve and update our website throughout 2023 and if you have any feedback on your experience we would love to hear it.
Hardware & Software updates
We introduced many new and exciting features including EVO, our enhanced visitor options which allows pre-booked visitors and contractors to open access-controlled doors and barriers upon arrival, multiple enhancements to our contractor management features, enhancements to our MIS integrations, and much more. We also launched our new software assurance programme which ensures customers are always up-to-date with the latest features and software builds. Keep your eyes peeled in the new year for our latest updates coming in version 5.1.6.
We also launched our new and improved V3 EntrySign screen. Our most secure yet, providing a higher resolution display, improved serviceability and neater installations.
Technical Support Feedback
2022 proved to be our busiest year yet for our support team due to the success of EntrySign and our ever increasing customer-base. We have continued to grow our support team, adding regional field-service engineers to ensure we continue to offer customers the very best support when they need it. 98% of customers continued to rate our support team as good or excellent in 2022 and we have received some amazing feedback over the last year:

We have been working hard to update the EntrySign knowledgebase with how to guides and resources for our customers and in September we delivered our first EntrySign training webinars for new and existing users in educational settings. We received some great feedback from our customers and by popular demand our webinars are set to return in the new year for new and existing users in business and industrial settings. Look out for our new series of videos coming in the new year!
Events
It was great to see the return of trade shows in 2022. Our team headed down to the NEC Birmingham to exhibit at the Fire Safety & Security Event in April, followed by IFSEC and the Residential and Home Care Show at the Excel London in May. We also supported our partners at numerous events throughout the year. It’s been great to meet people face-to-face again and share what we’ve been working on. In 2023 we are returning to the Bett show for the first time since the pandemic, and will be exhibiting on stand SF40. We’re looking forward to showing you our latest features and updates and if you’re in the education sector we would love to see you there.
We continued to support a range of charities in 2022, raising money for Muscular Dystrophy UK, Save the Children and our local Christmas toy appeal. As a team we took part in fundraising events and set up our reception as a collection point for the Christmas toy appeal, collecting 800-1000 gifts for children who may otherwise not receive a gift this Christmas.
We have chosen our first ever charity of the year for 2023 and we have decided to work with a local charity, close to many of our hearts. We will be announcing the charity in the new year.
